Payouts
Settle publisher earnings at the end of each month, via whichever payout methods you accept.
How payouts work
Publisher payouts are manual. The Payouts tab under /app/ppc shows every publisher's pending balance (qualified-call earnings minus what you've already paid). At the end of each month you pay them outside CallScaler, then mark the corresponding row as paid.
You control which methods publishers can request under Settings → Pay Per Call → Payout Preferences: PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, and ACH. The same tab sets the minimum amount a publisher can request.
Recording a paid payout
From the row, click Mark Paid. The row's amount is deducted from the publisher's pending balance and added to their paid-out total, with the timestamp recorded against the row. Publishers see the same payout history in their own Earnings page.
Send the payment first, then mark it paid in CallScaler. The publisher picks their method and enters their details under their own Settings → Payouts.
Publisher view
On the publisher side, Earnings shows lifetime, monthly, pending, and paid-out totals, plus per-offer breakdown and payout history. The Payout Method button (top-right) is where they choose a method you accept and enter their details — check it before settlement so you know where to send the money.
